Each prospective candidate is qualified and interviewed by a highly trained interviewer to ensure that they meet the standards of our clients.

5Profile Submissions

We use a metrics based approach with a targeted submission to hire ratio (discussed at the onset of the search) to ensure we are adding value to our clients.

6Hire

Acting as an extension of our clients, we manage all candidate communication, interview arrangements, salary negotiations, reference checks, and criminal/credit checks prior to hire.

7Immersion and Transition

A successful immersion and transition plan is essential to a positive employee experience. We maintain ongoing contact with the newly hired candidate and stakeholders to ensure the transition and immersion is a successful one.
